Saint Leo University relied heavily on manual processes to build course schedules and assign rooms. This approach made it difficult to quickly identify bottlenecks, adjust schedules, or respond to changing needs. Manually entering courses into rooms was time-consuming and tedious, slowing decision-making and limiting the institution’s ability to optimize space and section availability efficiently.
