This advanced certification is designed for experienced Event Scheduling users who are ready to optimize event operations, streamline workflows, and learn from real institutions successfully managing complex scheduling environments. Beyond platform configuration, you'll explore operational strategies and hear directly from universities using Ad Astra to transform campus event management.

How do I earn my certification?
At the end of each weekly session, you'll receive a short assessment to reinforce the material covered. Complete each assessment throughout the series to earn your certification.
Do I need to attend every session?
Yes. Each certification is designed as a four-part learning series, with each session building on the previous one. To earn your certification, you must attend all four live sessions.
Is there an additional cost to participate?
No. This certification program is offered at no additional cost as part of your training benefits.
Can I register for more than one certification?
To provide as many clients as possible the opportunity to participate, each attendee may register for one certification track during the 2026 Summer Certification Series. Choose the program that best aligns with your role and learning goals.
Is there an orientation before the series begins?
Yes. An optional orientation session will be held prior to the first week of training to help you access the training environment, review expectations, and prepare for the certification series.
