Allen Cole III assumed the role of University Registrar at Northern Kentucky University on Jan. 1, 2016. During his first year at NKU, a campus-wide upgrade implementation to the newer 7.5.14 version of Astra Schedule was achieved to aid with classroom usage and event scheduling.
Prior to NKU, Allen has 30 years of higher education experience in the Enrollment Management areas of registrar, financial aid, admission, VA certifying, data reporting and analysis, along with implementation of student systems and degree-audit modules. Teaching and tutoring mathematics as an adjunct instructor has been an additional role. He has been very active in professional associations and conferences.
Michelle Bright is a Business Analyst for Indiana University and is the primary point of contact for Ad Astra users on all eight campuses in the IU system. Michelle’s job responsibilities range from setting up customers, providing training, supporting Registrars, troubleshooting issues, and reporting.
Overall, Michelle has worked at Indiana University for 13 years in both academic/student support and technology service areas. Michelle has a Master’s Degree in Information Science from Indiana University with an interest in human-computer interaction, information architecture, and business systems analysis.
