At Ad Astra, we're continually striving to build better products and services, but we realize we can't do it alone. That's where you come in! We've recently formed the Ad Astra User Panel, putting you and your input at the center of our business.

The Ad Astra User Panel is a community of customers who provide feedback to help us understand their needs. Ultimately, that information will directly influence the design of our products and services

Members of the panel provide valuable input through participating in a variety of research activities so that we can build the best possible products and experiences:

  • Usability Testing: using a prototype to test our design for usability when completing tasks or scenarios.
  • Online surveys: providing your thoughts and insight through an online survey.
  • Interviews: listening to you to better understand your roles and responsibilities.


How does the panel work?

By signing up to be on the Ad Astra User Panel, you'll be added to our participant database, and our design team will reach out to you periodically if the area of Ad Astra you use matches the design work currently in process.

You may not hear from us right away, but don't worry. You'll be on our list, so when a research opportunity comes up that matches your background and interests, we will contact you.

How will I provide feedback?

You may receive clickable prototypes, online surveys, or requests for short interviews that will focus on user behaviors, needs, and motivations. 

How often will you contact me?

We will contact you depending on how often studies occur and which types of users we are looking for. You can participate as much or as little as you'd like.

Can I opt out?
