Conference Fees
Ad Astra Users' Conference fees include the conference package, breakfasts, lunches, breaks, opening reception, and Tuesday night gala (alcoholic drinks not included).
Registration and fees must be received by the following dates for the fees to apply:
| On or before July 31, 2012 | $750 - Early Bird Special |
| After July 31, 2012 | $850 |
Registration fees must be received by the cut off date, otherwise you will be charged the date specific rate increase.
Cancellation Deadlines
| On or before August 31, 2012 | Full refund |
| After August 31, 2012 | 25% of fee will be refunded |
| After September 14, 2012 | No refunds will be issued |
Refunds will NOT be given after September 14th, 2012. Substitutes are welcome.
Space permitting, registrations will be accepted until October 12, 2012.
Session Tracks
When registering, we are asking attendees to choose a track in which they are most interested (Event Track, Academic Track, Technical Track). This is purely to help us gauge attendance in the different types of sessions we will provide and will not lock an attendee into a specific track. Attendees will be able to attend any session at the conference, regardless of track.
