Astra Schedule Conference registration fees include conference sessions, breakfasts, lunches, and Tuesday night dinner.
Registration and Fees must be received by July 30, 2010 to be eligible for the Early Bird Special of $725 - a savings of $125 off the regular conference rate!
The Spirit Exchange
Back by popular demand, share your school spirit by participating in this exchange. Bring a sample of something that your students love about your school. What makes your school the perfect fit for a student? Simply bring a piece of school memorabilia to the registration table, complete a prize form and we will draw names throughout the conference. Bring your memorabilia and take home a souvenir from another institution! Example of Spirit Exchange items include apparel, coffee mugs, banners, caps, bags, and other campus giveaways. Suggested retail value: $20.
Sunday, October 17: Astra Schedule Reception
5:00 - 7:00 p.m. - Rooftop Bar
Join Ad Astra staff, Client Advisory Board members, Innovator's Group members and other conference attendees on the InterContinental's Rooftop Bar for our Welcome Reception. Light hors d'oeuvres will be provided.
A first-time attendee meeting will be held from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. during the reception in the Rooftop Bar. We encourage all first-time attendees to join us.
Tuesday, October 19: A Night at the Theater
5:00 - 10:30 p.m. - AMC Mainstreet
Enjoy an evening at AMC Mainstreet hosted by Astra Schedule. The historic, renovated movie house, restaurant and bar will allow you a wonderful opportunity to eat, drink, sit back and relax! Our annual Tuesday night gala will make us all feel like stars with opportunities to view a movie, sing karaoke, visit with friends or explore the Power and Light District, one of Kansas City's premier areas for dining, shopping and nightlife. Heavy hors d'oeuvres will be provided.
Transportation by bus will be provided to and from AMC Mainstreet starting at 5:30 p.m. until 10:30 p.m.
