University of Manitoba
Neil Marnoch is Registrar at the University of Manitoba. Neil has worked in student services at the University of Manitoba since 1990, first as a student advisor in the Faculty of Science, then as the first Coordinator of Academic Advising for new students in the University 1 program. Neil was appointed as Director of Student Records in 2002, and became Registrar in 2005.
In his role as Registrar, Neil has led the implementations of the Banner student information system, a Catalog content management system and the Ad Astra scheduling suite. Neil is currently engaged in campus initiatives aimed at optimizing the use of instructional space and chairs the university’s Instructional Space Management Committee.
