Analysis Reporting

I really wanted to start out this blog post by telling a funny joke about analysis reporting.  And then I realized there is no such thing as a funny joke about analysis reporting.

But what I can tell you is that development of the new dashboard module for Astra Schedule, Platinum Analytics, and KPI measurements is well underway.  Almost daily I am working with our new dashboard tools and creating visualization dashboards based on our analysis data, and it’s actually pretty fun (well, it’s fun for the type of person that thinks interactive pie charts and bar graphs are fun).

In addition to the new dashboard module, I’ve been putting some time in on preparing some new report training materials.  While a full blown report training module is in the works for the fall, you can see some of the new pieces available for download (in the form of articles) in the Reports discussion forum at our client portal on our website.  What’s that you say?  You didn’t realize there were discussion forums in the client portal?  Well, yes there are.  In addition to the Reporting forum, there is a forum for Academics, Events and General Discussion Topics.

I just added my “Miscellaneous Help Articles” to the Reporting forum, so feel free to download.  Our initial report view documentation is available there as well. And while you are there, feel free to add a new post or question if you would like feedback about reporting topics from other Astra users.
